Managed Cargo Inspection Services (MCIS) is a subsidiary of Innovative American Technology Inc, a privately held corporation with offices in Coconut Creek, Florida. MCIS provides turn key services for the engineering, design, deployment and operations to meet the requirements for an effective 100% inspection of cargo without impact to the flow of commerce.

IAT / MCIS has partnered with Cargotec Port Security to offer a wide range of radiation inspection systems integrated into the movement of cargo through the port. Cargotec is a world leader in cargo movement equipment. IAT has also partnered with Lockheed Martin for systems integration and deployment of port security.

MCIS offers fully funded deployment programs with no cost to the customer, implementing a per container fee for the Managed Container Inspection Service.
